I scheduled appointment online and recieved reminder emails for it. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk lady told me "the system canceled the appointment because she does not see new patients on Fridays." This policy is not indicated anywhere on the website or scheduling portal. There was no attempt via phone nor email to notify me that my appointment was canceled.
Dr. Brannen is a great doctor. However, her staff takes forever if at all to respond to questions/concerns as one can only communicate through text with this office. Very disappointing.
If you are pregnant, I suggest you find another OB. Dr. Brannen’s office is dangerously flawed when it comes to making sure a pregnant woman is safe physically and emotionally. To start, they do not do urine samples every appointment. This is a problem. At all of my appointments with Dr. Brannen, she seemed to be in a massive rush. She has little to no bedside manner even when I opened up about having some massive anxiety as a first time mom. Scheduled a new patient appointment and was greeted when I came in and the person who triaged me was very polite and introduced herself. Dr Brannen acknowledged all my concerns and I never felt rushed. I’m so happy I found a new Obgyn office that I really like and will return to!
Absolutely cares about the welfare of her patients. She has integrity, compassion, and is very knowledgeable about menopause for those of us who were never taught anything. She is patient, non judgemental, and actually listens.
