Travelling to Chicago ORD I came to the outlets specifically for the Jockey store as it is my favourite underwear brand. Unfortunately I followed the sizing guide on the packs and now realise that I should have stuck with the medium size that I am used to as the large I bought is just a bit too big. I may have to come back on another visit and size down. The one member of staff who was there was helpful though and the store was very quiet first thing in the morning.
The sales team are very kind and helpful
