Cool place. We discovered this location during the recent voting process. The pool and amenities look good and the place look well kept!
Extremely picky and will pick on if they see the smallest thing wrong and then trespass on your property to find something wrong and also try to open car doors if you have a work vehicle on your property to try and see if it has a weight on it.

I've lived here for 14 yrs...FINALLY the HOA has a committee to check homes to be sure they are TRYING to adhere to the BYLAWS & covenants that each homeowner is or should be aware.of WHEN.purchasing/renting a home here...the rules are sensible & only gives strength to the reasons for buying here...the homes are AFFORDABLE and looks like a community that cares & that is why they are inspected to be WITHIN the bylaws & why I personally bought here....the hoa dues are VERY reasonable by any standard..they are not OPICKING on y... read more
