Dr. Taylor is great--caring, knowledgeable and kind. However, the person who did my x-ray was very unpleasant and brusque. He also had severe body odor which made the brief time I had with him extremely difficult.
I fractured my tibia. I was seen by the ED at Parma, they put me in a soft cast and scheduled me for same day care with UH Ortho in Broadview, Dr. Taylor. The front desk staff called me and said they didn't need to see me since the ED had. I was confused, the ED was sending me to see Ortho, ED had said that Ortho would put a regular cast. Front desk lady was REALLY put out that I kept saying since ED was sending me, I thought I should be seen; she said this was against their policy.
