We saw the doctor for scoliosis and he recommended a back brace. He discussed the different types of braces and the advantages of each. The one we went with worked great. My daughter is now out of the brace and has not needed to have surgery as a result.
Dr. Son-Hing recommended a type of back brace for my daughter that is known to not be as successful in treating scoliosis as other braces. Because she spent the majority of her treatment in the wrong back brace, she is very close to needing spinal fusion surgery. We are devastated. If you need treatment for your child's scoliosis, you should consider the Boston 3D brace. There is a new doctor in Cleveland who has great success with that.

My dghtr broke all 3 spprting ankle bones; rushed in for srgry. She has a plate,7 screws & 2 wshrs. I had never met Dr Son-Hing until the mrng of surgery. He spent qte a bit of time w/my dghtr & I;graciously answering our ?'s. We had many f/u appts.Very little wait time to see Dr Son-Hing. He never rushed us w/our ?'s. Staff is excllnt. Very nice & personable, just as is Dr Son-Hing. My utmost respect & recommendation to anyone! Thk u for the excllnt & personable care u provide. It's invaluable!
