Jocelyn Russo was an impressive professional from start to finish when selling our parents' home. Jocelyn sent me a fake letter from a fake couple in a fake handwriting font asking about my home and gushing about my backyard (that does not exist) as the "perfect" place for the fake couple's fake dog. While I've never worked directly with Jocelyn, I do not appreciate her subterfuge to inquire about our home. Be honest. Be kind. Be authentic.
