Dr. Cooper and her team are awesome. I used to be insured under a company that made things complicated. The doctors that were available with said insurance had 50 people to do 50 different things. Made things feel disingenuous. The Dr and her team are far from it. They're kind, straight forward and very personable. Care was awesome and the methodology is no nonsense. Looking forward to future visits!
Dr Cooper and the front desk personnel (I failed to ask her name) were both accommodating and efficient. There was an error when I tried to reschedule my appointment through the online portal and they did not have me on the books for the day I showed up. They fit me in right away and were very professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper for many years now and she is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Cooper and her staff provide exceptional care. I am always seen promptly, and the office runs with impressive efficiency. Dr. Cooper genuinely listens and takes the time to address any concerns thoroughly. I also appreciate the seamless online scheduling, which makes managing appointments effortless. She has clearly designed this clinic with the patient’s convenience in mind.
Dr. Cooper is great! I have had my fair share of bad doctors and she has helped find trust in them again! The staff is awesome, and they really listen and help here. I love that she can see the whole family as well!!
We have only seen Dr. Cooper once so far for our new baby girl’s pediatric appointment. The appointment was easy to schedule and Dr. Cooper was able to get us on her calendar a few short days after baby was born. Having a newborn, Dr. Cooper made her appointment thorough yet efficient. She asks what your thoughts are on what you’d like your baby’s care to look like, and if you’re uncertain about something, she has information ready to help you make your own choices about what you want for your baby.
