I went to About Women in Stafford to talk about side effects with one of my medications. The nurse practitioner showed little compassion and seemed like she couldn't wait to leave the room. I continued to have increasingly uncomfotable side effects so I called the after hours line. I was lucky enough to get Ajala on call. She talked my panic down and took her time doing so. This doctor is about average- neither good nor bad. I dealt with her at both the Lorton location in 2022 and Woodbridge location in 2023. She offers decent bedside manner. On the other hand, she isn’t good with being thorough at explaining or discussing options. Then I had a question that required a personalized answer, and she only had a generic answer to give.
If you are pregnant looking for a good Gyn. and thinking on seeing Dr. Ajala DO NOT see her!!!
