Although the office staff was pleasant and Dr. Dummett was frequently available to respond to concerns and questions, I felt she was dismissive of my concerns and often responded with “it’s fine,” rather than further assessing my child. It took 3 pediatricians to finally listen to me and diagnose my child’s torticollis which was brought up 2+ months with Dr. Dummett.
