STAY FAR AWAY from Jobon Heating and Air Conditioning. Their techs are unskilled and took several trips to our place to attempt to fix a simple mini split which is still unresolved. They were hard to track down when we tried to reach out (every time) and the people that showed up were clueless and always calling others for support where they didn't have the appropriate experience. Our HVAC stopped working overnight and the house was freezing cold. I found Jobon Heating & Air Conditioning on Yelp and gave them a call. Jonathan arrived within 40 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue. The ignitor went bad and he went out to get the necessary parts, and had everything fixed in another 30 minutes. Jonathan, the owner, was very nice and made an exception to drop by the house to look at the issue even though he was busy. He spent some time here diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately he didn't have the part to fix the issue the same day so he provided a temporary fix for the weekend so our family wouldnt be without heat.
