Jonathan arrived within 40 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue. The ignitor went bad and he went out to get the necessary parts, and had everything fixed in another 30 minutes. Thanks to him, our house was warm again in no time. Fast, professional, and reliable service. Highly recommend—thank you, Jonathan!
Jonathan, the owner, was very nice and made an exception to drop by the house to look at the issue even though he was busy. He spent some time here diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately he didn't have the part to fix the issue the same day so he provided a temporary fix for the weekend so our family wouldnt be without heat. He didn't even take payment for the visit and said I can pay once he returns to replace the part the following week.
