I was able to schedule an appointment at a time convenient to my schedule and was notified of the technician's arrival 30 minutes ahead of time. The technician, Alex, arrived as scheduled. He asked relevant questions and importantly, listened to the answers. He diagnosed the suspected cause of my complaint and took the time to offer clear instructions for a solution.
