A sewer report was done for a home we are purchasing. I did not talk to or meet anyone in the process.
Tech I spoke to on phone gave several suggestions to try & resolve problem before a service call was made. Stephen arrived on time, listened to the issues I was having & quickly found the source of the problem. He did a temporary “fix” & scheduled permanent work for Wednesday. Professional, courteous, neat. Couldn’t ask for more
