I don’t normally post or make reviews and I’ve waited some time before making any type of review as I wanted to make sure I gave Jobbers the appropriate time to rectify the situation. We have used Jobbers for both our short and long moves. Our first move was over 30 years ago. We were always treated with respect and our belongings with care. My latest experience with Jobbers did not involve a move, but did involve 2 men who work there going above and beyond to help me with a return shipment. They not only carried my chair into the office , found a box that would work, but offered to pack it, contact the shipper and hold it for pick up. Jobbers did an amazing job with this short-notice pack and non-temporary storage. I wasn't available to do an in-person survey prior to the move, so they were nice enough to do a phone-survey instead. The packing crew also did a great job. They were very professional and treated all of my belongings with care. Whenever they were unsure of what do pack versus what not to pack, they always asked to ensure I was happy with the service.
