TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! if you have a high volume business this app is not for you. They double bill clients, miss clients payments. Bill clients with different invoice numbers. Just a shitshow. 3 months of running around with barely any replies. They don’t care, they just want your money. If you want to look stupid in front of your high ticket clients, THIS APP IS FOR YOU!! I signed up for the Jobber app and paid around $2,500 CAD upfront for the full year because I mainly wanted an efficient route optimization system for my landscaping business. The plan information made it seem like this feature was included, but after paying, I found out I do not actually have access to route optimization. Now Jobber wants me to upgrade again to the Grow plan for around $5,600 CAD just to use that feature.
