This company app is the worst and a waste of time. I thought it was just me, but my whole company despises the app. However the app seems to be the only way to create a proposal without pulling your hair out in the website version. Not too happy and there has to be a better way….
The Facebook ad featuring a woman with her shirt unbuttoned and exposing her chest is completely inappropriate and unnecessary for a professional business. Jobber is a service-business platform, and I would expect its advertising to reflect professionalism and respect for its customers and the businesses it serves. Using a woman’s exposed body to get attention for professional product is disappointing and, frankly, off-putting.
If you want your business operations to completely freeze while you continue paying $400 a month, Jobber is the perfect choice. Their frequent system outages have left my crew sitting around on paid time with absolutely no direction because our entire CRM is inaccessible. When I reached out about the massive financial hit my business took due to their downtime, they completely refused to offer a credit.
