Terrible customer service, nobody has a clue about their products
Great CRM! If you don’t have it, you are doing yourself a disservice.
Jobber does a good job at what I need and the help has been fantastic.
Unethical billing done by jobber for charging for users that we did not add. Flaws in their system causes invites not to go through to users, and if we resend it, we get billed for an entirely new user. When asked for credit, we are told that we were billed for 'ghost' users but refunds are not possible.
