Unethical billing done by jobber for charging for users that we did not add. Flaws in their system causes invites not to go through to users, and if we resend it, we get billed for an entirely new user. When asked for credit, we are told that we were billed for 'ghost' users but refunds are not possible.
Deeply disappointed with Jobbers unethical view on billing practices. Emails get missed, mistakes happen policy or not it is unethical to charge a customer for a service they clearly did not want or use. Our business would never be able to charge a client for something they didn't want or use, I'm not sure why jobber feels they are entitled to do so. Unfortunately jobber's unethical practices in taking money from small businesses is something they are ok with.
i would give them zero 2 weeks problem not solved
