I met with a representative at a job fair and was invited to send my resume. I waited patiently and several days later followed up. No response. I waited several days again and followed up, still no response. Several days later I tried again, same thing. Ghosting is not appropriate nor professional. Even if they are not able to offer anything they should have the courtesy to let one know.
Ellen is professional and personable throughout the process, with clear and respectful communication as well as transparency at every step. Even when things don’t work out, the experience remains positive and straightforward. Very responsive and efficient, I highly recommend!
