Not well organized, very little customer service skills. Their front desk and whoever answers their phone isn’t very friendly either, and they don’t educate their employees on what they can and can’t do. I called and said ‘I’m calling about this’ and the response was “ok?”. I then had to repeat myself 4 times on what my issue was before I got someone high enough on the ladder. So disappointed with how they have changed things they don't have there stuff together they make it hard for parents with more than one kid to be seen!

So the first time I called this Clinic, they put me on hold. I said I'll wait.... I hear the woman in the background and she knew I was on the phone, then she hung up on me! When I called back, I told her what happen and she said, well I wasn't the one that talked to you! She told me there full and not taking new patients! So, so far not a good experience!
