I've been going to Joann for years as have my two children. My wife has also had her hair done by joann many times. We've always been very happy, like Everyone else obviously is. Joann is very meek and a sweet lady and does a great job.
Joann is the best ever! She is kind, sweet, professional, and really knows her stuff. Her expertise in hairstyling is remarkable! She listens to what you want and works with you throughout the process to get things just right! She’s not happy until you are! I used to be so hesitant to visit salons but after finding Joann- not a care in the world at all! It’s a delight now to get my hair cut. Always the best job ever! Thanks Joann for being you! A blessing for sure!!!
Joann is one of the nicest, most talented and professional stylists I’ve ever encountered. Her salon is always impeccably clean! So thankful to know her. I highly recommend!

The worst experience I have ever had at a salon, Joann gave me a full foil when I only asked for a FEW highlights. By the time I realized what she was doing it was too late. she made me forcefully bend my neck all different angles so she could get the foils in hurting me so badly that I couldn't bend my neck. then soaked my entire shirt washing my hair and to top it off it looked NOTHING like the picture I'd shown her and she tried charging me $300. and had the nerve to tell me it would have been $475.
