Joanne is an excellent groomer. We took our fur babies up there while visiting and it was a very pleasant trip. Joanne's daughter Mary was very helpful and sweet. She checked us in and made our babies feel right at home. I was nervous at first leaving my pets there being we weren't from Oak Island but Mary was very friendly, had very good customer service skills. Mary made us feel very comfortable. We took our dog, Eddie, to Joanne 's today. He came home extremely happy and very well groomed. Highly recommend.

Just went to Joanne's for a nail trim for our dog and her puppy. She was awesome! Thank you for the quick service and great price.
Joanne shaved our long haired chihuahuas today, Xena and Josie. Josie is particulary nervous and can be hard to handle but Joanne soothed her nerves and did a fantastic job on both. Thanks again Joanne!
