Dr. Tamburri has been my primary care physician for 10+ years. She is compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. You always feel at ease while with her and she never rushes you. She is worth the wait for an appointment!!
Dr Tamburri is great, been with her 10 years, awesome bedside manner and knowledgeable and thorough. I give her 5 stars for these reasons and the rest I hope is out of her control.. Her caseload is too big; on 2 occasions needed an urgent care follow up (urgently obv) to be told she had ONE available time in 6 weeks. Asked about anyone in the practice having a same week and told no. Waiting time for specialist within WPPA (or whatever they called now) was months as well. Also needed an urgent care follow up on that occasion.... read more
I am sure the Dr is a great dr if you ever get a hold of the office. I have tried 2 days calling all day leaving several messages with their answering service to be ignored. I work in customer service / front office end, if I ever miss a call, a customer leaves a voicemail or message with our answering service, I return their calls. It is the right thing to do. Good luck in trying to get a hold of anyone in the office.
LOVE dr. Tamburri. Front desk staff is terribly rude time after time!
