Thank you so much Joanne! I put my house on the market mid-July and moved out of state July 23rd. Joanne did everything she could to get this house sold, while I started my new adventure in California!. When I needed someone to meet the irrigation company at the house, she did it. When I needed someone to mow my lawn, she arranged for it to happen. It finally closed October 6th and I couldn't be happier!

Joanne was great and very easy to work and made the process very smooth. The sale closed in just a little over 6 weeks and Joanne kept me well informed along the way. Everything was very professional, including the home photos and brochures. I also really appreciated the use of electronic documents and was able to approve the initial offer while being out of town so everything was able to move forward even while I was out of town.

I flew in from out of state to inspect the property before making a final purchase decision. Joanne did an excelling job in coordinating, both my schedule, and the Home Inspector's schedule to be there at the same time. She/her office were also very helpful in coordinating signatures/title/paperwork remotely which has changed a lot since I last purchased a property
