I was originally seen by this doctor at Southern Hills hospital and upon my release I was told to follow up with him. I called his office and was told by his staff he does not accept new patients and was told I would need to see someone at at some darn wellness center off MLK UGH! Why does he not tell the hospitals he works in that he doesn't accept new patients, as someone who has been through heck and back and still has a drain tube in her this does not help with the healing process.
I'm the type of patient that just wants to get his prescriptions filled don't want to see the doctor all the time but this guy convinced me to go get blood work even got the price lowered for me to do it and literally saved my life
Dr Leovy was my doctor for over 20 years and she always the most engaged doctor I have ever met. She always took the time to make you feel special and was always honest and would take the time to explain everything in terms we could understand. Her retirement is well deserved but her patients will all feel her absence with regard to our health care. We may find another doctor but you will never replace Dr. Leovy
