Horrific! Dr Joanne was very passive aggressive during my podiatry appointment, basically saying I have no valid reason for constant pain after a fracture. I had an MRI done and she dares to call me and tell me that nothing was wrong with my foot, yet the MRI results on the app show I have a ganglion cyst, which was verified by several doctors after. This lady has no regard for the mental health of her patients and even cackles if she doesn’t agree with them. Worst Kaiser experience ever.
