I'm a veteran, landed here from a VA referral & am very glad. Great front desk, organizing my VA appt clearance & then contacting me, couldn't have been easier. I have the most confidence in my exam as well. Highly recommended by me.
Terrible eyeglass prescriptions and had trouble reading for two years while I was encouraged to wait for my eyes to adjust. Apparently they use their new machine to create a short cut. Once I went back to my Prescription from 2016 my eyestrain disappeared. Will never go to anyone who isn’t an ophthalmologist again.
I was referred here by the VA through care in the community. I saw Dr. Gronquist in November 2024. I waited for them to send me the prescription after the exam. I didn’t receive my prescription until February 2025 when I reached out to the office. It still took them a week to mail it to me. I have received an annual exam, contact fitting exam and follow-up check up with Joanne Gronquist in the last two months and I have to say that I am very impressed with her warmth, patience, and expertise. When she doesn't immediately have an answer for me, she works hard to find it and follow-up, and she was incredibly patient and helpful with a first-time contact user in getting me comfortable with the process and the right fitting contacts.
