I am an attorney and reached out to Joanne as I do not specialize in estate law. I strongly suggest you seek other counsel if you are looking for help with an estate situation. As estate issues typically surround the sensitive nature of a death, you need a counselor to help you deal with the stress of the situation and find solutions. She is extremely rude.
