My dentist referred me to Dr. Dawley. I tried to set an appointment. Called 2 days in a row, no answer and no call back when I left a voicemail.
Dr Dawley is a great dentist. She is very thorough and careful. Good at explaining problems and recs. The staff has helped us out a lot w appts and questions. Grateful for them
Had an appointment made a month ago. Confirmed the appointment. Tried calling for 3 days to change the appointment and no one answered the phone or returned my call. When I arrived for the appointment that I was unable to change, they said they didn’t have an appointment for me. Wasted my time, gas, and sanity. Jijuana needs to learn how to accept a mistake instead of telling me to relax. A white person would NEVER
