Do not trust Joanne with helping you buy your house. My wife and I were first time home buyers and while we were aware our house needed work, Joanne brought in an incompetent house inspector, refused to assist us in negotiating price, did not do well with contract writing despite having templates to work from, and has been of no help when my wife and I have attempted to remediate any issues. Joanne is the best. We took her on a wild ride to some crazy houses and she was always positive and encouraging. She made the home buying experience fun even in a crazy market. Not only did we buy our first home, we also gained a friend. Thank you Joanne!
