I have to agree with other reviewers. Dismissive is definitely the response. Fighting a cold for 6 days so messaged thru MyNM app. Her response It’s a virus and will take two weeks. I asked for suggestions on other OTC or treatments for some relief from what has settled into sinuses. Her response: Keep up with what you have. I don’t think any of it works. Terrible. She is dismissive of anyone and their breathing issues. DO NOT EVER SEE HER. She will not give you medical treatment. A patient was suffering with Bronchitis and asthma attacks. She had gone to multiple urgent care- treated with antibiotics and steroids. Still had wheezing and difficulty breathing. She was referred to Dr Kirby for advanced treatment. Dr Kirby is knowledgeable & listens to her patients. She has fabulous bedside manner & I always enjoy our conversations. She’s so easy to talk to.
