I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH AMAZING RESULTS!!! Dr Joanne Balkaran is absolutely amazing (ON SO MANY LEVELS). I had a bunion that was really bad. I gathered opinions from 4 surgeons. A few told me my condition was too far gone to administer non invasive surgery. They also told me I could never play sports or be really active ever again. That was so disappointing. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Balkaran for an issue with my left foot that has turned into a chronic problem. It was actually August 2019 when I injured the second toe and quickly went to see the Leesburg Foot Doctor. Bigga mistake! He did nothing, absolutely nothing, to help me and was dismissive. I had great care from Dr. Balkaran for my plantar fascitis, and after three visits, I've had success! For three years I've suffered and Dr. Balkaran is the second podiatrist to treat my symptoms. She was referred to me by my cardiologist, Dr. Lesmes, and was very attentive and professional. I want to give 5 stars to her assistant, Nichole, who always had a smile & put me at ease. Wonderful experience and successful.
