Dr. Balkaran is truly amazing. After a serious ATV accident where the vehicle ran over my ankle, I was in terrible pain. I initially saw another orthopedic doctor who told me nothing was wrong and advised me to walk on it after a month. Deep down, I knew that didn’t feel right. I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH AMAZING RESULTS!!! Dr Joanne Balkaran is absolutely amazing (ON SO MANY LEVELS). I had a bunion that was really bad. I gathered opinions from 4 surgeons. A few told me my condition was too far gone to administer non invasive surgery. They also told me I could never play sports or be really active ever again. That was so disappointing. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Balkaran for an issue with my left foot that has turned into a chronic problem. It was actually August 2019 when I injured the second toe and quickly went to see the Leesburg Foot Doctor. Bigga mistake! He did nothing, absolutely nothing, to help me and was dismissive.
