The first time I came to the office, they made me wait for an hour past my appointment time. We scheduled a follow up, Which doctor Balkaran had to reschedule. Dr. Balkaran is truly amazing. After a serious ATV accident where the vehicle ran over my ankle, I was in terrible pain. I initially saw another orthopedic doctor who told me nothing was wrong and advised me to walk on it after a month. Deep down, I knew that didn’t feel right. My foot was extremely swollen, black and blue, and I was experiencing painful electrical shock sensations throughout it. I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH AMAZING RESULTS!!! Dr Joanne Balkaran is absolutely amazing (ON SO MANY LEVELS). I had a bunion that was really bad. I gathered opinions from 4 surgeons. A few told me my condition was too far gone to administer non invasive surgery. They also told me I could never play sports or be really active ever again. That was so disappointing.
