I was referred by my primary doctor to see a cardiologist through Enloe Health Care. Dr Joanne Alonzo seemed angry from the very beginning. Throughout the appointment I was trying figure out why she was treating me so poorly. She made it clear that I never should have been referred to her and that my primary doctor should have ruled out other conditions before referring me to a specialist. Dr. Alonzo is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have seen. My previous cardiologist left his practice and I couldn’t be more happy with Dr Alonzo. She cares about my concerns and orders all the appropriate tests to maintain my cardiac health after having a mitral valve replacement. She has also listened to other concerns and recently recommended me to Enloe pulmonary rehab which change my quality of life for the better. Dr Alonzo gets 5 stars from me.
Dr Alonso has been exceptional in treating my heart condion. Highly recommend her
