RecommendedWe bring our girls every 4-5 weeks to Kortney. All you have to ask is “do you wanna go see Kortney?” and they are beating the door down! We have had the best treatment and care given. We have bulldogs so they have lots of skin issues. Kortney knows & is always doing her best to help with this. She even order in a shampoo to help. Our daughter has a golden doodle & drives from Fishers to have her dog groomed by Kortney! Highly recommend!
I loved how they were more than happy to accept my dog titan for a nail clipping and teeth cleaning, i was hesitant at first because i figured they wouldnt be willing to take on a 90lbs pitbull...but i was wrong they were not intimidated one bit and treated him just like family. I more than recommend joannas grooming...they are understanding and willing to take on any size or breed dog without discriminating against them.
Friend of mine paid for a years worth of grooming, the dog died and now Joanna is refusing to give her, her money back for service she didn't even provide. I would strongly recommend staying away from a company that takes advantage of people.
My lil' puppy Dougie (shih tzu mix, adopted rescue dog) loves Joanna's family owned pet paradise! ;) Always excited to arrive & waging his tail sporting his studly, fluffy haircut upon pick-up. He even has playtime in a large pen with an adorable poodle after grooming! Staff is friendly & knowledgable to myself & the pup. I'm blessed to have the opportunity to provide a happy home & be catered to by this groomer where he can feel so loved, as well. <3 Thank you very much for providing such wonderful care to my fur baby!
