This past winter, roughly, I had to contact Dr. Schwartzbaugh again because the battery had died in my spinal cord stimulator and had been dead for awhile. I started with pain in my sciatic areas and low back again after a long while of not needing it. She had been booking appointments out a long way. Joanna has been working with me for 20 years and performed 5 surgeries on me. I have a very bad back and I would never let anyone else touch my back! She is amazing as a surgeon and as a person. I recommend her to anyone who needs to see a neurosurgeon. She will take excellent care of you and will explain everything you need to know in great detail.
