She is wonderful, Great bedside manner!
As first time patients, we are extremely dissatisfied with the way Dr. Joanna Kusmirek handled our registration. The front desk is rude with lack of customer service. Apparently, the call center schedules all appointments and there's a lack of communication with the physical office. Unfortunately, not a good experience at all. Will not return.
I normally wouldn’t be moved to post a review, but Dr. Kusmirek was so incredibly kind and thorough with me, especially considering that I am a brand new patient to her practice. I felt I had her undivided attention and that she truly cared about my wellbeing and was not trying to rush our appointment. She addressed each of my concerns to the fullest extent. 11/10.
She is very thorough in her examinations and caught my cancer before anyone else.
