Very unprofessional. Contacted Joanna numerous times to do a showing of a apartment I was interested in and constantly felt like she was blowing me off just to find out the apartment is no longer available.
I have contacted this lady almost everyday for an entire week about a rental listing. For every phone call she would end it by saying she’ll send me an application, an application I have yet to receive. Horrible customer service.
Doesn’t communicate, doesn’t respond in a timely manner, and extremely sycophantic. When there’s money to be made, Joanna is all smiles, but as soon as there’s some concerns, she flips and does not even bother responding. When buying a new home, there’s always going to be hurdles, whether it’s an inspection or appraisal, paperwork delays with lender, negotiating with seller. Joanna will drop you on your own. She’s in it for the money with minimal effort and would gladly walk all over you, her client, to get it.
We own multiple investment properties, which we have purchased with Joanna's help. She is excellent at what she does, she really knows and understands Bergen and Passaic County housing market. Joanna now handles all rental listings exclusively. Highly recommend Joanna!!
