I was referred to you to help my son find out what type of learning disabilities he may or may not have. Instead of helping, you charged me twice because of a 10 minute difference trying to figure out how to use Skype. Also, someone communicating that there could be an extra charge for any over time would have been nice to know. The ladies up front made it seem like no big deal and there wasn’t any issue. You could have rescheduled. So now I owe double for literally nothing because you won’t see patients in person! Thank you... read more
