Dr. Ayoung is very personable and makes me feel comfortable during my appointment. She is informed regarding the reason for my visit and always answers all of my questions. She makes sure that I am up to date on necessary preventative care exams and tests. I highly recommend her as a health care provider.
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly in a medical setting. I had to leave my appointment halfway through because of how I was treated by the staff including the nurses and doctor. I had to wait 25 minutes before I was called back to be seen, and then got undressed and was told the doctor would be right in. It was another 20-25 minutes later that a nurse came in with her supervisor and they both finally tell me the doctor was “busy” and “she’ll get to you when she gets to you.” Why was I not told about this sooner a... read more
