Joanna was very knowledgeable but we were never told that the appointment needed to be 15 minutes. After 15 minutes when I tried to ask another question, I was told I was not allowed to because time was up. Unfortunately everything felt very rushed so that overshadowed the entire experience. I do feel that the time limit could’ve been communicated sooner and that the execution was cold
I've been seeing Joanna Baskett for years and my sole regret is that I didn't find her earlier. Joanna (+ Melissa) makes me feel as if I'm seeing a friend: she is so personable! Her friendly manner always puts me right at ease, and she is So Thorough. I know i am very well looked after.
