UPDATE: After owner replied to this review, I called the number the same day and they didn’t pick up. I left a voicemail with my phone number and never received a call back. Joanna seemed knowledgeable but we were never told that the appointment needed to be 15 minutes. After 15 minutes when I tried to ask another question, I was told I was not allowed to because time was up. Unfortunately everything felt very rushed so that overshadowed the entire experience

I've been seeing Joanna Baskett for years and my sole regret is that I didn't find her earlier. Joanna (+ Melissa) makes me feel as if I'm seeing a friend: she is so personable! Her friendly manner always puts me right at ease, and she is So Thorough. I know i am very well looked after. Joanna has also been helpful (+ non judgmental) in advising me re cosmetic (laser) treatments.
