My son and I switched to Joanne’s office because Dr Casanova recommended it was great first appts and we showed up for my sons follow up appt after blood work, we had an 8 AM appt today and because of a traffic issue we were4 minutes late the receptionist Missy in the rudest of tone let us know we were late and she started to reschedule for Friday I said sorry I waited over 20 minutes last time and ur telling me 4 mins is a problem when you never made me aware of being late results in a reschedule I would have left work 1 hr... read more
First let me say, my primary DR. Casanova office referred me to Joanne Irving, my son did not eat for months and lost a significant amount of weight. I was very stressed and Joanne made our experience very easy she is also extremely intelligent in dealing with young adults. I am very pleased and switched permanently to her office for myself and my son. Also Emily is an amazing receptionist always polite and if she does not have an answer she always ask and gets back to me. Thank you.
Ms. Irving treated me at the Millieum Walk- in Clinic. She was attentive, professional and quite skilled. Her bedside manor was very sincere and made me feel very comfortable.
