I commend them because they are good at their craft but they are very rude and they always profile their customers. Very racists and condescending. Will never return

I had a rather unpleasant pedicure experience at Joann's thus past weekend. 1. My toenails on the left foot were over trimed to, the point that the skin on my toes were being filed instead of the nail. The right foot was not trimmed as close; end result I have different length nails on the left and right Mentioned the disparity to the tech and she was annoyed and said 'wait, wait".2.
