Hello, I would like to express a concern regarding the behavior of the front desk staff. While I greatly appreciate Dr. Joann Ruiz’s excellent care, I have experienced some unprofessional or unpleasant interactions with the secretary. I hope this can be addressed so that future visits are smoother and more respectful.
I really like my sons doctor and the nurses, it is a small facility and they aren't always open but the doctor is great with my son who has autism!
If I could I would give ZERO stars - this place is horrible, they rarely answer phones, they are always on lunch. Waiting almost a week for my daughter's results(still don't have them), They are irresponsible I'm considering changing pediatrician for my daughters. Avoid this place at all costs.
How do I have an appointment at 9:30am and I leave from here at 12pm?!?! And just for a kids check up….. Unbelievable! Very short staffed, employees are constantly chit chatting….
