I really like my sons doctor and the nurses, it is a small facility and they aren't always open but the doctor is great with my son who has autism!
If I could I would give ZERO stars - this place is horrible, they rarely answer phones, they are always on lunch. Waiting almost a week for my daughter's results(still don't have them), They are irresponsible I'm considering changing pediatrician for my daughters. Avoid this place at all costs.
How do I have an appointment at 9:30am and I leave from here at 12pm?!?! And just for a kids check up….. Unbelievable! Very short staffed, employees are constantly chit chatting….
This is a joke of a business. Messed up our appointment times twice, always at “lunch”, the chubby woman up front is completely clueless and not helpful, lost my daughters paperwork that I know we gave them, and it’s takes an hour just for a doctor to come in the room. Place is not sterile, there is trash on the floor and the walls have gunk on them. Take the time to find a better place to take your kids.
Phenomenal care and services. Dr. Ruiz has been my son's pediatrician for approximately 10 years. Dr. Ruiz and her staff are consistent, efgicient, and very knowledgeable. Everyone I have encountered is great with my children. The facility is always clean. Finally, the hours of operation accommodate my schedule very well. They always respond to my phone messages within a reasonable time.
