JoAnn is a professional, detail-oriented agent who presents properties realistically and considers her clients' needs and wants when identifying potential properties. Her "after-care" in ensuring that everything is okay and any issues are addressed was great.
JoAnn is so kind and really listens to you. She showed us homes that she really thought we would like based on our preferences. We lived in PA and she would send us videos of homes so we didn't have to drive to NJ all of the time. She responded to us quickly whenever we reached out to her.
