Dr. John is LITERALLY the worst doctor I've ever seen. Calling him a doctor is an insult to doctors. I came in with a shoulder injury. Less than three minutes speaking with him, with NO IMAGING, asks how i how i feel about surgery. I say, "but what about imaging?" He tells me that he's not going to request imaging if im not gonna do surgery. I tell him, I wont do surgery without imaging first. Joan Takacs was the worst referral I ever had. She saw me for 15 minutes and said the diagnosis I received from every other specialist was wrong. When I tried to ask what my next steps should be, she stated she wouldn’t be my provider because I “obviously” didn’t want to go back to work. I have never had a provider refuse to let me ask any questions about my care. It’s so disheartening to look for a good provider these days.
I work for a local company and two of our staff members received a call from "Dr. Takacs" regarding a mutual patient. The doctor was condescending and rude to our call center staff members, hanging up on us twice. He never said thank you or exhibited any professionalism during our brief conversations. Looking at the reviews of this clinic, I am not surprised. You're supposed to lead by example as a provider. Rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Was 5 minutes late to appointment after attempting to give myself a half an hour buffer. Its 1 hour and 21 minute drive for me to reach this person's office, there was a car wreck on my way there because of the terrible weather that day. I attempted to call twice while on my way to let them know with no answer. After being in the car 1 hour and 58 minutes the first thing the receptionist said to me was, "you're late!"
