She misrepresented the house she sold us. I asked point blank if it was in a flight path and she said "I don't know." If she spent more than 30 minutes in the house (as in during an open house) she would have known it was definitely in a flight path. Not only was she not forth coming with this information, she was rude and difficult to get any information/answers from once we started the buying process.
