Until today I was a customer of Mike Dill / State farm for roughly the past 15 years. I called to address why my bill had spiked to a total of 214.00 dollars a month and I was met with unprofessionalism to say the least by someone named Sarah. I deal with Sarah at Mike Dill's State Farm Insurance Office. She, and the whole office help the customer as much as they can. Let me tell you a story. I was with Nationwide Insurance for 38 years and was suddenly told they would no longer insure me because of something that my agent did not take care of.
