Normally I do not do reviews, but in this case i find it necessary to tell you this place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked an appointment with ANN MUDD for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. When i arrived no one was there, i tried calling her direct number she gave me, as well as the salon, no answer. Finally someone arrived and opened the door, she asked who my appointment was with, i told her, she said "thats not like her to be late" then went on with her business leaving me with NO assistance. Dawn is one of the BEST hairstylist in Lexington, KY!!! I went to Dawn Crabtree over at the Joan Leslie Salon on Clays Mill Road and I was VERY satistfied. Dawn did my hilites, cut and style and my hair has never looked better. Dawn was fun to talk to and very friendly. I would recommend Dawn Crabtree to anyone looking for a new hairstylist.
