Not looking to switch anytime soon Honestly, I had some slight trouble with my billing in the beginning, but the staff there had doen nothing but support me in resolving the issue and treating me as part of their "home." I've not worked with everyone there, but I'd rather save money through my years with Joan's office and know the face/names then shop all over town to save a buck.
