Dr. Jesse has been my provider for over 28 years. I live over an hour away, and I continue to see her at her practice in Westlake. She is very thorough, personable and I trust her judgment.
Dr Joan Jesse is my ROCKSTAR, both for me & my daughter. Compassionate, a brilliant mind, can think on her feet & figure things out. Able to go directly to the problem without a zillion tests. She’s an honor to her profession! Cleveland Clinic should be so lucky to have her in their system.
Dr Jesse performed a procedure on me Dec 2022 with a very inexperienced staff resulting in the procedure being traumatic and left incomplete. She then lied to my husband, myself and the ombudsman investigating my complaint to slightly change just enough of the details of the procedure to make her not be in the wrong. Will NEVER go back or recommend.
While I like her as a person, her inability to manage time is an issue.She is notoriously late. I recently had a ten minute OB appointment and waited over an hour. I would recommend not going to her unless you enjoy waiting for an hour each visit.
