0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Annie and Nikki are the absolute WORST!!!! I went in for a simple name correction and Nikki couldn't even get that right and was incredibly rude and uninviting. When asked how to contact My Allstate Agent Joan Ho she basically made it sound like Joan doesn't exist so I should consider her or Annie my agent. NOT!!! Or maybe Joan really doesn't exist because after several emails I never received any response.
