Our friends and my wife and I worked with Joan to purchase our homes in Mesquite. She was very helpful in answering questions during the purchase process. Fabulous people and organizational skills made our home pursuit and purchase quite painless, expedited to a short as possible time period as feasible given all the due diligence time constraints. Unfortunately when we listed our home with Joan, she was at first very helpful, however did not call us one time during the listing. The only response was when we had a question or she texted to let us know there was a showing. When the listing time was up we did not hear from her at all. We had to call a week later to ask her to remove the lockbox.
