Bought a home Joan was selling. The entire process she neglected to respond to anyone’s questions had poor communication and lied. When we got to the closing day none of the inspection items had been completed and they left garage full of trash and the house was still staged. She lied multiple times about items being completed when responding and had never been out to the house. Worst experience I have ever had with a realtor and their team. Would never recommend her to anyone that wants professionalism to be a top priority.
Love, love, love working with Joan! We used her for our primary home, a couple flips and a rental building. She’s warm, fun and great to deal with.
