Your call center is an abomination. Three times I hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Text messages asked me to confirm an upcoming appointment, but I was unable to do so. Joan Cherian has moved to the new Magnolia office. If I have to go through the same call center incompetence I will seek a different entity to handle my medical needs
Joan is always concerned about your health and never in a hurry to get to the next patient.
