Amy Eppel was amazing! She helped me find the best house for my price range and found exactly what I wanted and made the process super easy. She was very active in every aspect while they were on the market with her. She keeps you updated at all times during the process. Joan Bullard Realty and Amy Eppel will always be highly recommended by me and will be my realtor as long as they are doing it.
Kasey & Joan Bullard Realty did a great job selling a home for me as part of an estate closing. Their team is on top of the local market and knowledgeable of local resources & contractors to show a property at its best. Kasey went above and beyond for me as I was a couple hours away during the listing and could not be at the property regularly. Their communication was great and I was pleased with the final sale.
